Team Leader – Children’s Residential Care 📍 Stoke-on-Trent 💷 Competitive Salary (DOE) 🕒 Full-Time | Shift-Based (including evenings, weekends & sleep-ins if required) Lead and inspire a team supporting children and young people in a therapeutic residential setting We are recruiting a Team Leader for a children’s residential home (Ofsted regulated) supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties linked to trauma, neglect, and adverse childhood experiences.
